Copyright requests
Rights holders asking for an entry to be removed should read the copyright page first and include the details listed there. These are handled ahead of everything else.
Broken channels
Before reporting a dead channel, please check two things, because they explain most reports: whether the channel is limited to another country, and whether it works when you copy the stream link into VLC. If it plays in VLC but not here, that is a browser restriction on the broadcaster's side rather than a broken link, and there is genuinely nothing we can change from our end.
If it is dead everywhere, the most effective fix is to report it to the upstream project, since that corrects the data for every site using it. Tell us too and we will drop it at the next rebuild.
Correction for wrong details
Wrong country, wrong logo, wrong name or a channel filed under an odd category. Send the channel name and what it should say.
Advertising and press
Enquiries about advertising, data usage or anything commercial go to the same address.
What we cannot help with
- Requests to add paid, subscription or otherwise restricted channels. We only index openly published streams.
- Support for third-party IPTV services, set-top boxes or subscriptions. We are not connected to any of them.
- Requests to bypass geographic restrictions.
